Ah, Miami (And South Florida) Here Are Some Wine Thoughts...

Well, South Florida it has been a while since I officially did one of these ranting posts. Here it is.
First and foremost, I'd like to thank all of the Vino lovers out there who continue to support and provide us with great feedback via iVinoMiami.com
We continue to strive for more and are destined to be the new go-to source for all the South Florida wine information. As you might have seen in the last few weeks, we have undergone some major changes and are continuing to build on what we do best. Stick around for more exciting things to come!

As of late, I've been pondering on how Vino has really taking over and is being indulged by the average American consumer. It is no longer seen as a drink for the "wealthy" the "well-off" or the "educated." I think more and more Americans, regardless of where they fall on the economic scale, are starting to understand that Wine is a beverage which should be enjoyed over conversations and the exchange of ideas. It is not an alcoholic drink that you should be taken down in 2 minutes or in the span of what it takes to bring down a shot.

What we all must continue to do is introduce others to this wonderful beverage. Teach them and tell them to not be scared. It's simply wine.

I ask you now. How did you first break into Vino? Was it a family member which introduced you to it? A Friend? Tell us your story. We'll pick the best one and post it on this blog!
